Year 3 have been learning all about the promises and commitments made at Baptism. Children have learned about the process of a baptism and what happens on the day; the words spoken by the priest and parents; the significance of certain objects such as the white garment, candles, Holy water; the litany of Saints – with a focus on on our own patron Saint – St Therese of Lisieux; and we then finished buy creating a graffiti wall that shows how we can shine in little ways!
