Y4 have been learning about States of Matter in their blocked curriculum this half-term with Miss Barnes. So far, they have looked at what states of matter are, how they can change states and measuring temperature changes. They have carried out scientific investigations and research to support this. They also looked at Professor Brian Cox and had a go at his chocolate experiment. The children observed different types of chocolate (white, dark, milk, orange) in a hot water bath to see which one melted the quickest. 🧊💧♨️🍫🕯️
