Y4 celebrated the end of their History unit with an Ancient Greek themed day, honouring various gods, goddesses, mythological beings, Athenian & Spartan warriors and philosophers with their costumes!
They completed some chalk art, focusing on the detail within their beautiful architecture and famous columns from their buildings. Y4 also had a session with now>press>play, acting out a drama piece all on the Ancient Greeks!
We ended the afternoon with a treat for earning over 1000 class dojos and had an Ancient Greek food tasting session, looking at staple foods such as grapes, olives, bread, cheese, pancakes with honey & cucumbers.
