Reception have been learning learning about how we welcome people into our family. The children have talked about their own families and people who come to visit. They talked about how the family prepares for people who visit. Reception completed a picture of their family at home.
Next Reception learnt about how we are welcomed into God’s family through Baptism. We looked at some of the actions used in Baptism and how a Baptismal candle is given when a person is baptised because Jesus is the light of the world.
