In class, Year Two has began writing our own version of the story, Little Red Reading Hood. To gather ideas for writing a setting description, we went on a walk in our wonderful Forest School. We used the FANTASTICS from the Write Stuff to create banks of different nouns and adjectives we could use in a setting description. As we travelled we used prepositions to describe what we went over, past, through and under. we passed through towering trees, over broken boardwalks and past a stagnant swamp.
