In Science, Year 6 are currently learning all about Electricity.
Using a range of components including bulbs, wires and batteries, they built their own electrical circuit which allowed an electrical current to flow through it, lighting the bulb. The children then drew an electrical diagram using the correct electrical symbols.
The children carried out an investigation to find out whether the brightness of a lightbulb can be changed by the amount of batteries used in the electrical circuit.
