To celebrate Earth Day, Year 2 have been researching the problems caused by plastic pollution. We learnt about how environmental plastics can be damaging to our local environment and make their way into our oceans. We decided that we should raise awareness of this problem to others in school. So we created posters highlighting the problem and solutions we can use to do our part. Then we combined all of these posters to create a collaborative artwork.
