A woodland walk in the forest school

As part of our literacy lessons about Little Red Reading Hood, we took a walk around our fantastic forest school. This was to inspire us when writing a description of a woodland setting. While exploring we payed close attention to the things we could see, hear, smell and feel. Then we created banks of descriptive worlds and phrases to use later in our sentence stacking lessons.
